Our trainings consist of video, audio, graphical and textual information. We can create training using any pre-produced content and information you can provide us.

Our training software is a flexible hybrid system of both off-line and on-line functionalities.

Once an employee logs in, their specific training is clearly listed in 2 columns; those that need to be completed and those that have already been done.

On the user interface, if new testing is required or a course has expired, it simply moves from the right, ‘Completed' side back to the ‘Needed' one. Our system can automatically notify your employees and/or their supervisor or training coordinator, ahead of time when OSHA, DOT and EPA certification re-testing is coming up.

At Smart Training we are driven by the needs of our customers. That's why we work with you to develop a custom training syllabus based on your industry, job descriptions and the responsibilities of your employees. We have OSHA, DOT, and EPA certification courses along with HIPAA training which allows us to cover many industries. All of our course content, just like the user interface, is completely customizable with your company logos and colors. All of our courses are already offered in English and Spanish. Our system actually makes it very simple to update and create your own training elements by yourself. Every course offers three modes of test taking. Individual, Group and In-The-Field for off line training. With the flexibility of these options you can have one individual taking a course or choose to have an instructor lead an entire group along the same material. During a course a trainee cannot skip ahead to the next chapter or all the way to the quiz at the end. They can, however, go back to an already viewed screen if they forget something. All of our content is written very plainly using easy to understand language and each slide is narrated. This ensures thorough comprehension for different types of learning styles.

Simulation is one of the most effective areas of our training. These customizable, task specific applications can be used to train work flow on your specific equipment, or proprietary software. Custom simulations can be used in course content or as part of the quiz at the end of a course.

At the end of every course there is a quiz. The quiz can be anywhere from a single acknowledgement that the test taker understands the material, to any number of True/False or multiple-choice questions. Our quizzes are completely customizable so you can add any questions you would like. You can customize individual training modules to require whatever % passing above 70 you wish. When a course is completed and the quiz passed, there is a digital signature page that is saved in the employees file. From there if a certification has been earned, our system notifies the administrator and generates a certificate that is customized with whatever information you'd like.

Our easy to use Learning Management System or LMS interface was designed for not only your employees, but also your administrator. The Admin interface is fully customizable and flexible with infinite levels of access. So within an organization you could make specific groups, plants or geographic regions responsible for and only able to view their own training. In general, you can assign any level of admin access so the right people are only viewing their teams training. With admin access, training can be assigned by whatever your company needs are: job description, department, region of the country. The reporting function is completely flexible based on what your admin needs to know. We also have an ‘As of Date to Use' feature. This allows an Admin to determine what certifications will expire by some future date. Adding and editing employees is simple; name changes, promotions with new responsibilities, re-locations. Simply change the information and it's updated in the system. When it comes to adding employees our software is compatible with most existing databases and HR software for quickly uploading large numbers of employees. You can also easily upload any external records, outside certifications or apprenticeship documents into the system and it will track every one related to your companies needs.
